Privacy

You can design without an account; nothing you configure is stored until you buy.

What we keep

• Your order: the configuration, the renders of it, and the name and email you give at checkout.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
• When you ask makers for quotes, we send them your name, email, note and the drawings for their part.
• Makers who sign up: the business details they send us.

Visits

We count visits and which features get used (pages opened, products configured, which settings change) to improve the site. This uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device: a visitor is an anonymous code made from your connection and browser that changes every day, and your IP address is never stored. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted. These counts are kept for about a year.

Why

To deliver your pack, let you return to your order, pass quote requests between you and makers, and meet tax and accounting rules.

Where

Order data is stored with Vercel and emails are sent through Resend; payments go through Stripe. We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted where we don't need to keep it for accounting, by replying to your order email.
