What you buy

A design pack is digital content: drawings, cutting lists, CNC files, a 3D model and assembly instructions for the configuration you designed. It is delivered as a download immediately after payment. Prices include VAT.

Your licence

You may use the pack to have the piece made, once, for your own use, and share it with the makers you hire for that purpose. You may not resell the pack or use it to make pieces for sale.

Cancellation and refunds

Because the pack is delivered straight away, you agree at checkout that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the download is available. If a pack is faulty, for example a drawing is missing or a dimension is wrong, tell us and we will correct it or refund you.

Making the piece

Makers listed on Keinder are independent businesses. Quotes, contracts, payment, delivery and workmanship are between you and the maker. Estimated making costs are a guide, not a price. Follow the safety notes in your pack, including fixing tall units to the wall.

Accuracy

We check every configuration against fabrication rules before you can buy it. Makers should still check the drawings against their own methods and materials before cutting.
